Questions people ask
Does my client need an account?
No. They open your link, see the watermarked preview, pay by card and download. No sign-up, no app.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account. You connect Stripe once, and your client pays you directly. We never hold the money.
What does it cost to get paid?
On Free we take 5% of each payment. On Pro and Squad we take nothing. Stripe's own card fee comes off on every plan. Paid delivery needs a watermarked preview: Pro includes 50 a month, and on Free each one uses 1 credit from a credit pack.
What if they never pay?
Then they never get the clean files. All they can see is the watermarked preview. When the link expires, the files are deleted.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the billing period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Email support@fileflippers.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll look at it. Refunds on what your clients pay you follow your own refund policy, since that money goes to your Stripe account.
