Straight to your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. We never hold your funds. You connect Stripe once, then every gated payment lands directly with you.

What does FileFlippers charge?

Pro and Squad pay 0% platform fee on paid deliveries. Free accounts pay a flat 5%. Stripe's own processing fee (around 2.5% plus 20p) applies on top, the same as any Stripe payment.

Can the recipient see the file before paying?

They see a watermarked preview, not the clean original. That way they know exactly what they're buying, but they can't use the finished file until they've paid.

Do I need a Stripe account?

Yes, a connected Stripe account receives the payments. Setting it up is a quick one-time onboarding through Stripe, and we only prompt for it when you create your first paid link.

What happens with refunds or chargebacks?

They land on your connected Stripe account, since that's where the payment went. You handle refunds the same way you would for any Stripe transaction.
