Which video formats can I convert between?

MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, WebM, FLV, WMV, M4V, MPEG, 3GP, and OGV, in pretty much any direction. MP4 is the safe default when you just need it to play everywhere.

Can I get just the audio from a video?

Yes. Convert your video to MP3, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, or M4A and we extract the audio track. Audio extraction is billed as a flat 1 credit.

How much does video conversion cost?

Video-to-video is billed at 1 credit per minute of footage (rounded up, minimum 1). Audio extraction is a flat 1 credit. Pro and Squad include monthly credits.

Will converting reduce the quality?

You choose a quality preset, so you control it. Higher quality means a bigger file. For most client deliveries the high preset looks identical to the source.

Is there a size limit?

You can convert large videos within your plan's file-size cap (5 GB free, 25 GB Pro, 50 GB Squad). Longer videos take longer to transcode.
